Refund policy

We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging where applicable.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first.

Because our products are fulfilled by different suppliers, return addresses may vary depending on the product ordered. Before sending a return, please email us at groovymermaidsteas@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used food and tea products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We also cannot accept returns on gift cards, personalized items, or final-sale items where applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at groovymermaidsteas@gmail.com

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or cancelled.
